I have experience closing all types of loans: Purchase Loans, Refinance Loans, Reverse Mortgage Loans (Application & Loan Close), Commercial Loans, Seller Packages, etc. I carry a $100,000 Errors & Omissions Policy. I am available for all of your needs and can take appointments on short notice, evenings, and weekends.

Your loan documents are prepared and maintained confidentially. Your information is always safe and secure with APS Services. No information will be revealed to any outside sources. Signed loan documents are hand-delivered the same day if local and the signing occurs by 3:30 p.m. If signing occurs after 3:30 p.m., the documents will be hand delivered by 9:00 a.m. the following business day. Out of area deliveries are handled with extra care by hand delivering to either a or UPS Representative; never dropped in a drop-box!
